Mail completed forms to referee coordinator on June 19th and season end for payment

Letter of Intent pdf doc
If you are under 18 you will need to provide PYSC with a work permit. Work permits can be obtained at Pulaski High School. To get a work permit you will need to provide Pulaski High School with, identification, and the above “letter of intent” signed by a parent or legal guardian. Do not send the letter of intent to the referee coordinator.
Referee Training Sessions
2010 dates are now available. Click for dates and more information. Please note that a referee must attend both a Thursday session and a Saturday session in order to complete their training.
