Registration Deadline: Waiting List
The registration deadline is Friday, March 14, 2008. Registrations will not be accepted after March 14th. Anything received after this date will be waiting list entries and will be placed on a team if space is available. A $10 late fee per player, in addition to the registration fee, will be required for all players placed on a team after the registration deadline. Again, no registrations will be accepted after March 14, 2008.

Registration Fees: (age as of July 31, 2008)
           $25      4-5 year olds
           $35      6-11 year olds
           $45      12-18 year olds

Returning Player Registration
If your child played on a PYSC team last year, their registration form will be available at any registration time/location. The form will be filled out with the data we have on file. You will only be required to make adjustments for changes of our existing data. A birth certificate will not be required.

New Player Registration
If you are registering a new player, or a player that is coming back after a one year absence, you will need to fill out a new player registration form and present a birth certificate for age/gender verification. If you would like to save yourself some time at registration, the form can be downloaded here and brought with to registration pre filled out.

Age Determination
The cut-off date in determining what age group each child will play in is July 31^st of the registration year. To view a chart that will make this easier click the age chart link, provided in pdf format.  Age Chart

Fee Discount:
A fee discount will apply to those families with four or more children. The fourth child, regardless of age, will pay only $6.00. The discount will apply to the oldest player, with the goal of minimizing your cost.

2008 registration extension - New Deadline is a postmark date of Friday March 14th !!!
Because of weather delays, the registration deadline has been extended. Please read the following instructions to insure that your child gets placed on a team.

Pre filled out registration forms were mailed to all players that played last year, and did not register yet. Instructions were included. Mail by Friday March 14th to insure placement.

If you would like to register a new player, you will need to do the following:

• Print and fill out a "New Player Registration Form"  pdf     doc form
  
• Calculate your players fees based on your child's age on July 31, 2008
  
• Enclose a check made out to PYSC for your total (you will not be required to pay the late fee at this time)
  
• Enclose a copy of your child's birth certificate or other birth verification (must state gender)
  
• Mail to PYSC at PO BOX 162, Pulaski, WI 54162 no later than Friday March 14th. (must be postmarked by March 14th)

Any registrations postmarked after Friday March 14th will be put on our waiting list.
